Founded in 2004 by The Center of Hope Foundation, Just the Details is a car detailing shop designed to be a hands-on training ground for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, alongside community members. Our certified staff ensures a comprehensive understanding of the specialized products and equipment needed for a professional quality finish. FAQ: What services do you offer?
We offer a range of auto detailing services, including exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, full-service detailing (The Works), and headlight cleaning and protection.
FAQ: What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and most major holidays.

FAQ: Where are you located?
We are located at 1 North St., Southbridge, MA. Our building is around back, follow the signs.
FAQ: How much do your services cost?
Our service packages vary. Prices start at $45. Click here to check out our package options.
FAQ: Are there any additional charges?
Additional charges may apply for vehicles with children, pets, work vehicles, or sand. These charges will be discussed and confirmed at the time of your vehicle drop-off.
FAQ: Do you offer services for large vehicles?
Vehicles must be dropped off between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and picked up between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM.
FAQ: When is payment required?
We require a $25 non-refundable deposit when your appointment is scheduled. Payment is required before any service begins. Prices are subject to change at the manager’s discretion, and you will be informed of any additional charges before we start.
FAQ: Will my car be inspected before service?
Yes, your car will be inspected by the manager at the time of drop-off. Any additional charges for cars requiring more intensive cleaning will be communicated to you before we begin.
