As a nonprofit agency, we are committed to providing people with disabilities and their families from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds with the necessary resources, services, and opportunities to actively participate in their communities and lead fulfilling, meaningful lives.

At Just the Details, we are proud to be a part of the Vocational Employment Services offered by the Center of Hope Foundation. Our goal is to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities or disabling circumstances to engage in productive work. Through various employment supports, we enable our employees to socialize, share ideas, support each other, and discuss employment-related matters. Our comprehensive evaluation program helps individuals explore their strengths, interests, and vocational abilities, guiding them toward meaningful paid opportunities. We offer both short and long-term job coaching tailored to each individual’s needs and the requirements of the funding agency. Additionally, we provide numerous volunteer opportunities throughout the local community, offering diverse and meaningful work experiences to our program members.

Our staff has been properly certified to ensure a full understanding of specialized products and equipment necessary to provide professional quality finish work to all of our available services. Flexible positions and continual mentoring have been instrumental in fostering self-esteem and building a strong work ethic, leading individuals to obtain community-based jobs.
